1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on XpertBiz Freelancers you agree to these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile, KYC documents, and all activity under your account.
3. Confidentiality
Client and project information shared with you is confidential and may not be disclosed or reused.
4. Intellectual Property
All deliverables produced during a project are the intellectual property of the hiring client unless agreed otherwise.
5. Payments
Payments are released only after project completion and client approval per the project-specific terms.
6. Project Participation
Freelancers must complete training and pass exams before being assigned to a project.
7. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate policies, engage in fraud, or breach confidentiality.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the account with prior written notice, subject to outstanding obligations.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
10. Compliance
All users must comply with applicable Indian and international laws, including tax and data-protection laws.
